He was a felon, like almost all security guards.  He is a retard that couldn't be a cop so he did what all police interpreters do.  Get a job that they can imagine and pretend in their minds like they are a cop.  They have a desire to have control over people.  That's why they're crazy as fuck and huge loser pussies.  That idiot couldn't even have a gun which just added multiple felonies to his second degree murder charge.  He's in prison where he will be for decades.  I hope playing cop was worth it.   And I hope he doesn't take that attitude and persona to prison.  They don't care for cops or fags who desperately want to be a cop.

You must believe a security guard has the right to tell anyone what to do.  They can tell you what to do but you're under no obligation to listen.  It's not a crime to not listen to them.  They don't have any authority to stop anyone and if they prevent you from leaving that's a crime.  Like how tried to block the car in.  That's a felony that most states will pursue.  If they physically detain you it's a serious crime.  In some states it's considered kidnapping.  Plus you're arguing he didn't listen but the first security guard kept demanding he leave for ten minutes if you watch the whole video online.  So there goes that idiotic argument.  But don't get me wrong.  I'm glad he killed the dirty dumb criminal that was brazen enough to shoplift, get caught, get let off without getting police involved if he gave back the stuff he took, and was told not to come back ever.  Then he came back and the same thing happened.  Then for a third time he came back and they let him go with out calling the police and told him not to come back.  Fourth time, well, he won't be back for a fifth time.  That's for damn sure.  Fuck the pathetic hunk of trash.  But that security guard is still a stupid nut case who gave up the rest of his life for some merchandise and a thief.  Prison is not fun.  You can write him a letter and ask him if he's enjoying it.  He's going to be there for decades so no rush on getting that letter out right away.

     I don't think he has been sentenced yet.  It's odd but I can't find any update on the case.  Logan Gimbel was arrested in August of 2021 for second degree murder, four felony weapon charges, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment for blocking the guys truck in, plus four or five other less serious charges.  He is being held with no bond and had a court appearance in January 2022.  He is still there and has the likely possibility of being in prison for the rest of his life.  Even if he somehow beat the second degree murder charge.  The weapon related felonies alone are enough to get decades in prison and would be impossible to beat.  He wasn't allowed to have a gun or less lethal weapons.  Yet he totted around two Glock handguns, an AR-15 Bushmaster rifle, a taser, mace, and hand to hand weapons.  The dumb fuck didn't even have a security guard license.  The guy is a fucking tool and will not get out of prison for most, if not all, of his life.  People as dumb as him are impossible to understand.  He knows he doesn't have all that shit, he knows he's not supposed to have guns, and he knows he's wearing a camera.  So he kills a dude over theft which is a dumb thing to give up your life to do.  He was 28 and is now he's almost 30.
