correct, I agree. Multiple people walked around and the guy indeed was weak by shock. He should have watched livegore to get used to amputations. Also training helps. And equipment. The first person should basically jump to the wound and squeeze the fuck out of the shump, while the next person gets a real tourniquet or improvises one. Usually they miss the concept of tourniquet and just tie a belt or plastic or fabric. This is not good enough. You need the leverage of the stick in the tourniquet to actually close the veins.
