The criminal's name was Hector Duarte Bahamonte (age 18) and he had tried to rob a bakery but he was surprised by some policemen who shot him, during the shooting Hector ended up wounded but as he was drugged he was able to take refuge in a nearby apartment and there he took several hostages, among them the lady in the video, Nancy Lopez.
After his death, his family began to harass Nancy unfortunately. Hector's father, who was always an absentee father, harassed Nancy and blamed her for his son's death, this son of a bitch didn't care about his piece of shit until after his death.
Also, Ivan Simonovis, the policeman in charge of the whole operation, had to go into exile from his country due to accusations by the government of Hugo Chavez. He now lives in the United States.
