I don't even think that is what this is from. This looks just like abscess that was super infected and it won't heal because of how filthy he is. When he xylozine is in the fent, you can really see the necrotic tissue that is dead and wont heal at all. This looks like it is trying to heal but this gross fucker just can't stop being gross lol. NGL, I was an opioid addict and homeless for awhile. Even on my worst of my worst days I never looked like this guy. You can be an addict, be homeless and be clean. This guy doesn't even try. I bet his underwear sounds like velcro peeling off when he goes to shit lol
