@FuckThisWebsite i dont know where you live, but here dogs arent allowed to make loud noise/bark for longer than 30 minutes by law. Which makes it easy to deal with that problem. If the owner cant fix the issues, the dogs get removed or alternatively need to be kept inside except for the 2~3 daily walks. PS: But If its a multi apartment building, the dogs have to be quiet inside as well, or its time to say good by to their owner/s.
