The accused, Salah A, suddenly opened fire on the groom, Ahmed E, as he entered the wedding hall, hitting him with several bullets. Another individual was injured by a shrapnel in his leg. Police teams rushed to the scene, while the groom was immediately taken to the hospital by his relatives. His injuries were found to be severe and life-threatening. The suspect fled the scene but was later apprehended by authorities.

The brawl resulted in the death of 9 individuals, with several others injured. The dispute centered around 200 acres of wheat land, some of which belonged to the state treasury. Following the intervention of Turkish forces, an investigation was launched, and several individuals involved in the incident were imprisoned. Numerous weapons were also confiscated.
