Rumilov, Russians have been mistakingly killing eachother since the war first broke out - they use pre-war communication and haven't developed the brain power to use anything outside of it. Half of the shit they have started, they were forced to flee out of it for worry they will be picked off, it just is a never ending loop of silly fuck-ups from their front, they take, but can hold - they get picked off and they run else where for the cyle to repeat itself again.
