A 26-year-old man broke into a bakery in the center of Linhares, in Espírito Santo, completely naked, and ended up being arrested. Security cameras captured the moment he grabs the manager of the establishment, throws her to the ground and needs to be restrained until the police arrive.

The video shows the moment when the man runs into the establishment and crosses the environment, on the afternoon of last Saturday (11). A few minutes later, he approaches the employee and throws her to the ground in the parking lot, mobilizing the customers.

People who witnessed the movement tried to separate him from the woman, without success. Only after a few moments, it was possible to immobilize him (watch below). It is still not known what motivated the boy's action.

'It came out of nowhere' - BHAZ spoke to a witness who helped to immobilize the boy and call the Military Police. Sergeant Roberto Ferreira, who was off duty at the bakery on the day of the incident, says that the suspect appeared “out of nowhere”.

“He accessed the production sector and hid in the cold room sector, where he broke some things”, he recalls. In the meantime, the sergeant contacted the PM battalion. When the boy left the chamber, he approached the employee.

“People were excited, nervous. A young man who helped to immobilize him was with his wife and young son”, explains the sergeant. The whole action, from entering the bakery to the arrival of the PM, lasted less than ten minutes.

According to Folha Vitória, before entering the bakery, he also invaded a funeral home in the city. In the establishment, he kicked several windows causing damage.

By means of a note to BHAZ, the Civil Police of Espírito Santo states that the man was taken to the Linhares Regional Police Station. He signed a detailed term for property damage and was released (read below in full).
