Dramatic new video shows the heart stopping moment a toddler was nearly hit by a semi truck in Vietnam.
The exact location of the incident is unknown but local news outlets and timestamp on the video suggest the events took place at around 5pm local time on Monday February 14.
Video shows a young child running across a busy street in Vietnam — and a man quickly follow from behind and grab the child by the collar as a semi-truck comes to a stop, narrowly hitting the toddler who escaped a certain death.
