Rorochan_1999, also known as Ruruchan, was a Japanese streamer whose dream was to become a legend.

Very little is known about her. Her real name is unknown. She herself said on Twitter that she was one of the best students at her school. She lived with her parents, and although it is not known what they did for a living, it is known that they lived in a somewhat luxurious house. Despite all this, Rorochan had many thoughts of loneliness. Even though she had some friends and was (supposedly) one of the smartest girls in her class, her classmates considered her weird. This made Rorochan feel rejected by her classmates.

Rorochan began streaming live on various platforms, one example being f2c. On this site, although the content was varied, adult content could sometimes be found, which was problematic because Rorochan was only 13 years old at the time. In most of her streams, she covered her face with a mask or pink paper bag.

In her last stream (where she would take her own life), Rorochan said "I'm scared" while standing on top of a building. Her chat was urging her to jump off the building, and Rorochan jumped. Although the fall was not seen, a loud thud was heard. This broadcast would be short-lived, and viewers would begin to worry.
Later, her body was found three hours later, and according to the testimony of the person who found her, a woman who was picking up the newspaper, her feet were warm.

Rorochan died three hours later in the hospital.
