The victim is a young woman who was reportedly the girlfriend of a drug dealer. Her head was shaved, she was probably raped, and then probably took a bullet to the head before she was dismembered. The remains of her body (minus lower arms and both legs) was found wrapped in a blanket ("Encobijados") and left at the top of a stairwell/roof and an unknown building.
