Only in third world america. Cops in west europe would never do this, but i guess this has multiple reasons.

EU cops always de-escalate, they are smarter and wouldn't dare or need to shoot a person like the guy in this video. EU cops have a multiple times better education and they are not protected by law like the US cops. While US cops rarely to never have anything to fear for killing someone, except for losing their job. EU cops, taking this case for example, would go to jail themselves for 15 years, because of unjustified murder.

The average american cop, would never get a job at the police in countries outside of america, due to their massive lack of education and more.

America is enslaved by the weapon lobbies, cops are trigger happy and every subhuman/hillbilly has a gun. That country will never experience how nice life can be without everyone carrying guns around. Most americans are also hyper sensitive and emo. Too often they pull a gun because of childish nonsense or bloated ego reasons.

Kind of sad tbh, but also funny to see those american morons switch off each others lights. That society is fucked up, and it will only get worse.

It certainly seems that way in this case.... The guy did seem to be acting like a smart ass, smirking the whole time...but I could not hear the dialogue.
