Residents of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Cristóbal called the police this morning to alert a man who was standing on the street, obstructing traffic and with no intention of moving.

In the video recorded by a security camera shows the man surrounded by members of the City Police.

Then one of them kicks him between the stomach and chest, the man falls and is lying on the floor.

Despite having received medical assistance, the subject dies shortly afterwards in the hospital.

According to police sources, the man initially raised his voice and extracted a white weapon, with which he threatened the first cops who arrived at the scene.

The police asked for reinforcements and it was then that Ramírez arrived that after giving several instructions to the man and the latter not responding, he kicked him.

In the case intervened by order of Court No. 8, Ramirez was arrested and charged with "wrongful death."
