That's more than likely a motorcycle-based ride-sourcing situation.  In poor places like parts of Brazil and India they use motorcycles like school buses.  They'll get seven or more kids on them one after another.  It seems insane to anyone who lives in a more prosperous area but it's not uncommon.  There was one man and three children with backpacks on that motorcycle so that's my guess.

If you zoom in and go frame by frame.  She was in-between the other two kids.  For whatever reason she started to fall sideways from leaning too far to the side and lost her balance.  She started falling off but couldn't fall backwards because the other kid.  Well, also because of physics.  She was in motion so if she fell sideways she'd remain next to the bike untill losing energy.  She tipped basically completely off the bike untill she was upside down but held slightly in place by the other kids.  She started grabbing at whatever she could to prevent falling completely off.  She grabbed right in the loop of the chain.  She is a kid, they're stupid and do dumb shit.  Now, why she originally started leaning to the side, who knows.  There could've been a good or understandable reason.  Or she could've just been doing stupid shit kids do.  I don't know but she fucked up sitting pretty good.

thanks for explaining it to me, mate... I don't think I could've given it another watch... It's just kinda' stupefying to see her whole arm come off clean like that...

It's still the child who pays for his father's bullshit..
