For his part, the accused responds to the name of Douglas Rosales Aldana , 18 years old, who would have participated in the homicide, along with three other criminals who were traveling on two motorcycles, one of which they left abandoned and some people from the community incensed. Due to what happened, they set her on fire, and they in turn attacked him, who did not manage to escape, however, he was protected by uniformed policemen who took him to a care center, where he remains under observation and read his rights as a captured person.

In the middle of the police procedure, they found a revolver and five 38-millimeter cartridges.
