He is one hundred percent right that you shouldn't start making fast movements and freaking out. It makes them swarm and sting way more. You should stay calm and walk away. You will likely be stung a few times but if you freak out, more will sting you and the chemical signals just start soaring until every wasp is in defence and attack mode. Them you're going to get stung a hundred or more times. It obviously depends on the type and whether it's a bee, wasp, hornet, or other. But generally, just walk away normal and take the few sting calmly or you'll make it worse. As you can see in that video. Those hoes made them swarm. I will give them this, it wouldn't be easy to not react by running.

What I can see in the video is a dude acting calm and nonthreatening getting his ass surrounded by a swarm and stung about 50 times. Angry bees will attack anything with a pulse regardless. At least the hoes were getting some distance, they’ll only chase you up to about a 1/4 mile. Don’t jump in water though cause the little bastards will just hover and sting you every time you surface, so a better play is to quickly construct a nuclear weapon to later detonate and slaughter every bee that even considered attacking you alongside every other bee they’ve ever known or loved
