When u evolve evolutionarily more than others, its called gene segregation and u become a whole new other specie. But The phenotypic characters that evolve to suite our environment are different for people living in different climatic conditions. For example: our climate and genetics decide our melanin levels. Its just adjusting to diverse climates. It would only be considered evolutionarily superior if the race/ evolved sample could survive changing climate conditions and reproduce more in future. Its stupid to think having white skin makes u other specie. All Homo sapien sapiens are the most evolved primates.
