Video was taken in a western part (marked by Yalu River) of North Korea - China border, in guard post on 17th of August, 2005. I've came across this short video in a Ogrish compilation, turned out this was version with Japanese subs posted on heavy-r, too (in 2012). After search for unknown video itself, I found also a version with TheYNC watermark only (at least for now, no 'clear'). Short video has definitely long story. On 26th of September, 2005 material on the case was first published. 14 stillshots shown in South Korean and Japanese media were a part of 38 minutes long video, of which 13 minutes shown torture and interrogation of woman in pink blouse. What's found online, at least easily accessible, is: 1) torture/beating video; 2) audio file, of which 1/3 may overlap with mentioned video and 2/3 not (starts from chair pushed away sound); 3) translated vid of under 2 minutes with interrogation part, took out from paywalled documentary; 4) 14 stillshots, some showing scenes not visible in either of videos(?).
