A shocking accident took place in Jabalpur. The driver of the moving bus died of a heart attack, which caused the bus to go out of control and ram other vehicles. The bike driver who stopped at the red signal was also run over by the bus, due to which he also died.

According to Gohalpur police station in-charge Vijay Tiwari, at around 11 am, the metro bus was coming towards Damohnaka with passengers from Adhartal. The signal at Damohnaka had a red light and the bus was moving ahead hitting an e-rickshaw, a car and a motorcycle. The bus came to a halt as the motorcycle got stuck in the wheels.

When angry people reached near the incident, they saw that the driver, Hardev Paul, was lying in an unconscious state and kept his head on the steering wheel. People picked him up and brought him to Metro Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. It was told that he died of a heart attack. Due to the attack on the driver Hardev in the moving bus, he lost control of the bus and the bus became uncontrollable. Here the bus hit the vehicles stopped at the red light. A bike rider also died in the same accident. Apart from this, half a dozen people including two children were injured. CCTV footage of the incident has also come to the fore. The police is investigating the matter
