Description
It happened on Saturday, November 5 in the afternoon, when a 30-year-old man attacked another 28-year-old and a 21-year-old girl. He ended up stabbed to death with his own knife.
Everything happened in the neighborhood December 24 and the sequence was recorded by security cameras. The victim surprised the couple by attacking the couple with a knife and they defended themselves with fists. The man managed to snatch the weapon from her and with it ended up throwing him to the ground on the corner of Avenida La Plata and Paraguay, to wound him with at least four stab wounds while the girl kicked him.
Police personnel passing by observed a tumult of people who shouted that a man had stabbed the one who was lying on the ground and, after pointing it out, the agents chased the suspect who was running down Paraguay street with a naked and bloody torso next to to the young
They were caught in Paraguay, between O'Higgins and 405 bis, just before they entered a house. They were transferred to the 3rd Police Station where they were charged with "simple homicide" by prosecutor Ximena Santoro (UFIJ No. 7). At the scene of the crime they found a butcher knife with a wooden handle stuck in the victim's body and another smaller knife with a metal handle on the ground and a fanny pack.
