Or even worse: people from outside come in to profit of of it. It's a charity because every lazy person, non working person, or every bad word in the book person for that matter will get their free share anyhow. While the gov, or 1% or bourswasie(it is a second language) will profit like it has always, just like the bosses of, you guessed it: a charity Well I asked you to explain in the first place.
