Apparently, he was a moron who belonged to the TCC (True Crime Community), a term used to refer to online communities that discuss and, sometimes, idolize real-life criminals.
And this last part is no joke, given that several recent attacks were carried out by members of these online groups.
If I recall correctly, Natalie Rupnow, the perpetrator of the Abundant Life Christian School shooting (the irony of the school's name, compared to what she did, never fails to make me laugh), was part of this internet “subculture.”
This loser, supposedly, wanted to do this to become another one of the killers who are revered in these circles and was even hoping that they would create edits of him.
