I think that I have good reasons to suspect that this is nothing but medical training or autopsy footage reuploaded with a false title. We can see a room openly filled with bodies and workers in standard uniforms. This video is definitely taken out of context. :D

Wouldn't that make the organs and consequently the entire illegal operation useless? Organs intended for transplantation need to be handled under highly controlled conditions, don't you think? Autopsy rooms, forensic facilities, temporary morgues also often look like shit despite being legit. It's pretty common in some regions, especially in Russia. I could be wrong but I do believe that the title is skewed.

Well, I see no containers, cooling system, or any organ preservation technologies in this scene. Even under primitive conditions, illegal organ harvesting requires quick action and good conditions. You can't transplant a shitty organ into someone who's willing to pay you tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.
