New video shows a dog tied by its neck onto a car and dragged along a road in Mexico.
Officials say the incident took place Saturday in the town of Paraíso, in Mexico’s Tabasco state.
Law enforcement were notified of the crime after video shared online sparked outrage on social media.
The driver was identified and questioned by police at his home in Chiltepec. Wether he faces any criminal charges is unclear.
The dog’s whereabouts are unknown.
