An unidentified man’s body was found hanging in an empty lot on Monday morning (22nd). The local neighbourhood head reportedly received a complaint about a strong odour coming from the empty lot, and upon checking, a man was found hanging.
According to a local police chief, "The victim was already in a decomposed state, with a swollen body covered in maggots. Our preliminary assumption is that the victim had been dead for several days before being found."
“The victim is male, with curly hair, brown skin, wearing a black jacket, black T-shirt, long black jeans, and brown sandals. No identification was found on the victim, so his status remains as Mr. X,” he continued.
