Addiction to gore is due to trauma, things we have experienced, curiosity and escapism. The first time I saw gore was when I was 9 years old because of my father, when I was 11 my interest in true crime increased tenfold and when I listened to murder stories My curiosity got the better of me and I took the family computer to look for crime scenes related to what I was listening to. I made myself a bowl of Indonesian instant noodles and when I sat down I opened the website and was flashed by at least 10 photos of murder. I was stuck at the computer for at least 5 minutes before realizing what I was looking at was real, I started scrolling and there was more and more blood and videos getting more and more disgusting. I was petrified and I didn't even touched my noodles, when i decided to click on a video it was a mexican cartel. I don't remember much, but there was a man tied up and hit with a stick and after making him talk they took a knife and started cutting off his ears, tongue etc. Also placing them in his hands. The final shot was the head falling on his legs and then I think they cut off the arms and legs, then the video cut out. I didn't say a single word, I closed the page and the computer, then I went to the table to eat. It seemed unreal, the feeling was weird and it was as if I had unlocked something in my head. It was a mixture of disgust, fear, satisfaction and stress. when i started eating my noodles i just couldn't swallow, it was disgusting, i felt like i had organs in my mouth and i just spit it all out, i never touched those fucking noodles again. the taste always makes me think of flesh and it terrifies me.
