Devon Simmonds was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision in Middleton, Rochdale in Greater Manchester shortly before 12pm yesterday morning. Emergency services did what they could to revive him, but tragically he couldn't be saved. Greater Manchester Police said his family is now being supported by specialist officers.
