A person can easily survive such an injury.  Obviously there are many factors that play into the survivability.  It's easier than you might think for the intestines to push out of the body.  Though they aren't just floating around in your body.  When they do come out.  You know there's a significant amount of damage that yanked them away from the areas that they're attached to.  If the large intestine is damaged severely.  It can be completely removed.  You can live without it.  It'll greatly differ considering how the damage happened.  A huge slice across the belly that's not too deep should be survivable and usually is.  Gun shot wounds can make the intestines protrude like that sometimes.  You can usually survive but the risk of infection is high and deadly.
 Stabs are the same but do more damage.  The damage can be fixed on intestines.  Even if they're severed in half, it can be fixable.  But likely to cause death.  Repairing holes and cuts on the intestines isn't easy.  If bacteria makes its way through a healing wound that wasn't completely sealed.  It'll cause an infection in the abdominal or pelvic cavity.  The infection has to be caught immediately or death is likely to occur.  If there's too much damage.  There's only so much a surgeon can fix.  It's usually just the intestines that push out like on that lady in the video.  If other organs are popping out but remain connected to the others, you can live through that as well.  But your odds are greatly dwindling.  So yes, you can survive.  The intestines can easily come out relatively unscathed.  They can be put back.  You should make a full recovery too.  So long as you didn't tear up other shit.  Life is a gamble.
