Newly released surveillance video shows the moment a man was killed after he was dismembered on impact following a motorcycle accident in Brazil.
The tragedy took place earlier today, Tuesday morning in Cachoeira do Bom Jesus in Florianópolis, local sources said.
The victim was identified as 37-year-old Vitor Augusto Braga from Rio Grande do Sul and police say today was also his birthday.
