Félix replied that he was with him, having originated the fight.

Continuing, he was not satisfied with having given the pistol to the owner, taking possession of the Galil firearm and fired several shots at the owner of the pistol, having shot him and rescued him at the hospital. In a continuous act, he fatally shot the Firefighter, Flávio Neto, a third civilian wounded, a passerby who circulated on the public highway, rescued at the hospital without any data.
