Young man falls on top of a vehicle while trying to escape the police; see video

Video shows that the suspect tried to climb down from the building through the facade, holding on to some parts. At one point, he lost his balance and fell.

A 26-year-old young man, suspected of being involved in drug trafficking in the municipality of Marechal Floriano, in the Serrana Region of Espírito Santo, ended up being arrested after falling from a building and hitting a Military Police vehicle that was parked on the street, in Sunday night (12). The video shows that, when fleeing from police officers, the suspect tried to climb down from the building through the facade, clinging to some parts. At one point, he lost his balance and fell, hitting part of his body on the company car. The individual's name was not released.

According to the Military Police, the corporation received information that an individual had drugs in the city center. When approaching the 17-year-old individual, the police found two pins of cocaine. The teenager reported that the drugs would be delivered to a buyer, at the behest of another individual.

Upon arriving at the address mentioned by the teenager, where he allegedly collected the drugs, the Military Police team noticed a large movement. When looking out the window, the team saw two individuals jumping from the apartment. One of them managed to escape. The other, who appears in the video, fell on top of the police vehicle. As they fled, the suspects threw a bag of drugs out of the building.

The bag was recovered by the police, who found:

* 294 crack stones

* 10 grams of crack

* 45 cocaine pins

* 189.1 grams of cocaine base paste

* 134.5 grams of cocaine

* R$600 in physical cash

The Military Police also reported that they called Samu, and the suspect who fell from the building was rescued and taken to Dr. Arthur Gerhardt Hospital, in Domingos Martins. The military carried out searches in the region and located the buyer, aged 31, who had been cited by the teenager. The 31-year-old man confirmed the version given by the 17-year-old individual.

When contacted by  A Gazeta , the Civil Police reported that the incident was handed over to the Venda Nova do Imigrante Regional Police Station. The 17-year-old teenager signed a detailed police report (Boc) for an infraction similar to the crime of drug trafficking. After the family member made a commitment to appear at the Public Prosecutor's Office when requested, the teenager was reintegrated into the family. The 31-year-old man was interviewed and released, as the police authority did not identify sufficient elements to carry out the arrest in the act at that time.

The 26-year-old suspect, who fell from the building, was charged with drug trafficking increased by the practice involving or aiming to target a child or teenager. As soon as he is medically discharged, he will be sent to the Provisional Detention Center (CDP). The A Gazeta report tries to determine his health status.
