(Phnom Penh): Phnom Penh Municipal Police Commissioner Lt. Gen. Chuon Narin told Fresh News that in the case of the shooting in Sen Sok district, the man was a lawyer and the victim was an online seller.
The General Commissioner confirmed that this case happened at 8:40 pm on February 8, 2024 on Street 1966, Tumnup Village, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey, Khan Sen Sok.
Lt. Gen. Chuon Narin added that the victim, Touch Vattanak, was a lawyer and the victim, Em Sovedeth, 26, was an online seller. He said the man shot his girlfriend in the head with a CZp07 pistol and found five shell casings.
After the incident, the police went to the scene immediately.
