The facts
According to official sources, the woman was heading towards the Central Park of Tarqui when on the way she ran into a vehicle that apparently ran out of brakes and after losing control hit Dina Marcela, 21 years old, who He had barely completed his studies at the educational institution in the La Esmeralda village, until he ended up in one of the houses in the area, causing him to immediately lose his life.
Along with the deceased, three other people were affected, who at the end of this edition have not been identified, who were driving their velocipedes but who were hit by the lack of control of the person causing the accident due to mechanical failures of the vehicle he was driving.
The investigation
Witnesses to the accident agree that the person driving the truck tried by all means to avoid the motorcyclists, but it was impossible since “he had them on top of him.” After a few minutes, the competent authorities arrived in front of the hundreds of curious people who gathered around the body to witness its lifting and provide support to the other people who were run over.
