I have been in these situations when i was a kid. At that time i was not much claustrophobic. But now even remembering those moments scare me.
It was a 20cm thin passage for 100 metres which had bats that would fly to my face.

I've done some spelunkering but fuck the squeezes, it has never been for me. Especially if there are bats hitting you and you have to crawl through bug riddled guano. That's hardcore what you did. In my opinion but where I puss out in caves I free climb 2000 foot tall cliffs. Definitely dumber

I shiver from just standing on 100 feet tall
buildings. I would never imagine doing climbs.

But yeah that was a very narrow cave but inside it was like a big room. I was with my brother. I sat there and meditated for some time. It had other paths too but i didn't go there. I was scared. I almost lost my way back but thanks to leaves i had dropped in the path, i could go back outside. It was scary.

Nice, I don't care what anyone says. Getting deep into a cave is a neat experience. It satisfying when a small passage opens into a huge ballroom! There are a shit ton of safe easy caves that offer the experience too. It's not a death mission like some people think.
