White phosphorous? Looks like America is supplying ukraine with internationally banned weapons.
White phosphorous isn't supposed to be used as an anti-personnel weapon, because the U.N. considers intentionally burning people alive to be a war crime.

Par for the course i guess. America is already supplying ukraine with banned cluster munitions. They are banned because long after the war is over, kids find them, think they are toys, and get blown up.
