Description
A trans woman was murdered inside her home, in the municipality of Serra Redonda, in the interior of Paraíba. The crime took place on Friday night (13).
Images from security cameras circulating on social media show the moment a group arrives in a car and a passenger gets out with a gun in his hand. He breaks into the house and shoots the victim lying in a bed.
The woman was initially identified as Dulce Maria. There is no information about what motivated the crime and whether it was a case of transphobia. The case will be investigated. No suspects had been detained as of Friday evening.
Still in the images, it is possible to see that the crime took place in the presence of children who were passing by on the street when the shooter approached Dulce Maria's house.
