An elderly man died in an accident in Mayiladuthurai, and the CCTV footage of the accident has now come out and has shocked the viewers.
On July 20, a private bus was coming from Aduthurai to Mayiladuthurai via Guthalam in Kuthalam area of Mayiladuthurai district. At that time, a 70-year-old man was traveling in a seat near the stairs in the bus. The old man got up from his seat and stood near the steps to get down as the bus stop was near. Then the old man unexpectedly fell from the bus.
The bus conductor tries to save the old man as he falls. However, the old man fell from the bus and got seriously injured. The bystanders immediately rescued him and admitted him to Mayiladuthurai Government Periyar Hospital for treatment. The old man was sent to the Tiruvarur Government Medical College Hospital for further treatment and was receiving further treatment there, but the old man died yesterday without success.
The Guttalam police have registered a case and are investigating the incident. Also, no details including the town and name of the deceased are known till now. As a result, the police department is investigating the person who died. Now the shocking CCTV footage of the elderly man falling from the bus has been released and is spreading on social media.
