That’s why we switched to the MAXPRO + . . The old style like you see here were terrible against IEDs. The new ones are V shape underneath to push the blast outwards. The seats in the back and for the driver and TC (Truck Commander) were shock absorbeing. The gunner is replaced with a RWS ( Remote Weapon System). The vehicle took the blast as you can see but the proper protections on the inside isn’t there. The SMs (Service Members) who may have been injured was from something on the inside like an ammo can coming loose. If they weren’t in proper seats with seatbelts then there is more than likely a few injured.
