An aggressive guy, in whose hands sharp blades sparkled, appeared on Karl Marx Street on July 23 at about nine o'clock in the morning. He entered the cabin of the bus, which was going to go to St. Petersburg, and scared the passengers.

After that, the young man ran away from the bus and moved to the parking lot of a nearby shopping center, where he began to molest passers-by. At the same time, he did not stop brandishing throwing knives, which greatly strained not only the people on the street, but also the employees of the shopping center,
