It's not gambling, it's educated risks. You capitalize on liquidity caused by big actors and mop up scraps. To them scraps anyway.

Dude I know people who make $100k a month trading crypto. It's not for the faint of heart.

I lost $5k once but that was before I learned to analyze the market.

The biggest risk is when Bitcoin crashes because then whole market crashes and you can't account for that whatsoever. So in that sense you can argue it's gambling. But for the most part it is pretty quantifiable.

Can't win em all but it's about wins over time.

I mean I bet even those people that make 100,000 a month also lose big as well. There’s no way you can get it right every single time. I suppose there’s an algorithm that can help with that but I think it’s very few people that have that otherwise so many people would be making a ton of money don’t you think? Yeah, I mean everybody would be getting rich if it’s quantifiable. Also, you still have to convert that crypto to fiat to use it for anything. I just got a house and they wouldn’t take crypto that’s for sure. The car I bought a few years back, wouldn’t take crypto either.
What bothers me is when crypto people try to say it’s this noble thing like “against the system” “decentralization is for the people”—to which I say “come on bro say the truth you just wanna get rich quick”. And just checking Wall Street, bets and other things I’ve seen people lose hundreds of thousands of dollars. People that used up all their savings, Went behind their wives back and used up all their money and lost it and now they don’t know what to do… lots of horror stories
