@FocussedMonk I have a vegetarian friend because of his religion and he is always depressed. All his family is vegetarian and they are all depressed, they take medication. You can not take from vegetables everything. 3 days I stayed without meat and I get in ICU with hemoglobine at 6. they put me on transfusions , 0,5 l blood

Ofcourse western vegetarians are dumb just like @GR who goes to graze in fields with cows and horses. If u wanna know what real vegetarianism or veganism is.. just research about Indian dishes. There are more than a thousand different ways veg food is made here. U just don't know about that neither ur imaginary friend's family. Been vegetarian my whole life, workout and lift weights. I m stronger than non vegetarians here lol. Ur just blatantly wrong when u say, "u can't take everything from vegetables". Its rather true for meat eaters who have to come back to vegetables for vitamins, lol. Vegetables, beans, seeds, roots, fruits, sprouts, have are nutricious and are filled with every macro and micro nutrients. Don't even try, i am a med student.
