The close-range shooting of a man in Las Piñas City was caught on CCTV this Wednesday afternoon.

In a report by Unang Balita this Thursday, the police said that the victim has an arrest warrant due to his involvement in illegal drugs.

Based on Nico Waje's exclusive report, the shooting happened in the early afternoon yesterday.

CCTV shows the arrival of a man wearing a jacket on a motorcycle along F. Santos Street in Barangay Zapote.

Another man also arrived on a motorcycle, just a few minutes after the arrival of the first man and he stopped in front of a house.

A little later, the man in the jacket who had arrived earlier came up behind him. It is said that the two talked for a few minutes.

After the conversation, the jacketed rider suddenly got down, pulled out a gun and suddenly shot the victim at close range in the back of his head.

The victim immediately ran into the road, and the gunman quickly ran away.

The victim was identified as Noel de Guzman, who according to the police has an arrest warrant for involvement in illegal drugs.

The police added that a sachet of shabu was allegedly found at the crime scene.

The victim's mother admitted that her son was really involved in illegal drugs, but that he has changed his life.
