@ILOVEFEMBOYS yes that is indeed true, its perhaps on one of the early user submission media sites like Break or eBaum's World. Thinking about it earlier I also remembered another case of the exact same thing happening but in either Australia or New Zealand, some unknown teenagers span a kid with a moped causing blood pressure to seriously damage him. I remember the kid was in a doctors office laying down on a bed, his eyes were dark red and a doctor held up a brain scan image showing some differing coloration in his brain. The kids mother was sat with him, after showing the brain scan the camera faces to focus on her and she makes an appeal for the teens responsible to hand themselves over to police. I've done a few searches myself using related search terms but haven't been able to find it thus far, I can't remember the name of the news agency reporting it either but you are probably more likely to find this one rather than the one first mentioned
