This person was born in 1987, from Bac Ninh, has a permanent residence in Cu Khe commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi.
On the evening of August 12, Han drove a car in the direction from Cau Giay to Nga Tu So. At 22:15, the car driven by Han drove at high speed, crashing straight into the gas station at 111 Lang Street, Thinh Quang Ward, Dong Da District.
At the scene, the car crashed into many motorbikes, 8 people were injured, including 2 gas station employees.
