A 19-year-old was shot dead inside the Feira da Manaus Moderna, in downtown Manaus, 

this Monday (18). The suspect the crime was used in a uniform to commit shootings of 

Água de Manaus and victim after victim.



The crime was recorded on security camera footage. As pictures show the moment when 

the victim to move some object object. Moments later, 

the suspect arrived and walked past the victim. See video above.



After looking at the young man, the suspect takes a gun that was in his waist, 

points it at the victim's head and shoots.



After the young man falls to the ground, the aggressor takes the object that the victim 

was using and flees the scene of the crime.



The victim's body was removed to the Legal Medical Institute (IML). 

The Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station (DEHS) 

must investigate an initiative and motivation for the crime.



By means of a note, the concession of Águas de Manaus informed that it is available 

to the Civil Police of Amazonas to collaborate with whatever is within 

the company's reach on the case, as well as provide any clarifications.



Second crime in the area in two days

The 19-year-old's death was the second recorded at that time in just over 4 hours. 

Last Sunday (17), a man was chased and shot dead on Barão de São Domingos Street, 

also located near the Feira da Manaus Moderna.



According to witnesses to the police, he was still pursued by an unidentified suspect, 

who was on foot and when the shooting was confirmed.
