This appears to have happened in Texas (I could tell from the vehicle licence plates), which is by far the most popular escape destination from Adolf Newsom's hellhole dictatorship state. Not surprisingly, that's exactly why TX is the US state with by far the fastest growing population and is now the most diverse. Meanwhile the North Korea of the western hemisphere (aka Kuntifuhrnia) has by far the fastest decreasing population and worst economic collapse, all thanks to Adolf Newsom and his totalitarian regime. It makes me absolutely furious hearing about the "tens of millions of people and businesses are permanently leaving California in droves in the largest and most historic mass exodus in human history, mostly to Texas but also occasionally to Tennessee, Arizona and Idaho.".
